When you forgive a person, what do you do?  You accept the situation, to begin with.  And secondly, you forgive what you think has been done wrong to you.  But because nothing wrong can be done to your spirit, you just forgive because you are the spirit.  And when you forgive, you have found that your tension goes away.

    Good question . difficult to say if you have forgiven. Best is not to think about the past – best is to stay in the present – this becomes much easier after getting your self realization (kundalini awakening) and meditating daily. It also becomes much easier to forgive other people and yourself after self realization.     To forgive is a state of recognising our spirituality while forgetting or remembering is a mental activity. When we meditate in nirvichara or thoughtless awareness state, we feel the bliss of forgiving flowing through our being and enjoy that state. It has to be experienced so please try it and become a free soul.

    Thru this meditation I learned that the act of “letting go” is actually to forgive. WOW that bit of information changed my life.
